ZHUZHA vibrators
Vibration machines
Operation:
The vibrating machine maintains a "boiling layer" of grain due to high frequency vibration, which creates ideal conditions for grain size calibration.
ZHUZHA vibrators do not injure the grain:
ZHUZHA is equipped with two vibration motors for synchronous operation. Italy- or Russia-produced vibration motors are installed (differ in number of operating hours)
By means of vibrations of different frequencies and other settings, the machine carefully removes both heavy and light impurities.
This machine can be used for calibration of grain/beans/granules by size on grain complexes, flour and feed mills, and as a separate entity in processing lines, but it is more productive to use it in together with an AZIMUT aerodynamic machines, as the machine efficiency and quality of grain processing is much higher in all directions, due to the fact that cleaning grain removes light impurities/heaps of chaff, and sieves work more efficiently.

- due to the fact that grain rolling on sieves is excluded
- due to the use of special sieves that do not have any sharp edges.
